I’m a design director with a motion-first mindset, blending illustration, animation and type to build bold, evolving systems that bring brands to life. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across small studios, large agencies and in-house teams. Currently at BBH, and previously at Dept and Jellyfish - spanning advertising, social, B2B, entertainment and music.
As my career has grown, I’ve stepped more into leadership, always leading from within. I stay hands-on with projects, setting the tone through example, while mentoring designers, running teaching sessions, building PDPs and creating skill matrices that make growth clear and achievable. My approach is collaborative and practical - giving people structure and support, while creating space to experiment, learn, and push the craft forward together.
